Speaker 1:

So we are back with another business contradiction, and I really feel this one because I've definitely experienced this one in both ways. So by doing this and not doing this, so it is going to be a contradiction here. So this was actually. I actually went to a training with my mentor. That actually gave me a lot of peace with this one, because I think sometimes that we think that we can recreate everything that we've done exactly by doing the exact same steps.

Speaker 1:

But let me tell you what today's business contradiction is, and that is that once you have success, you just keep rinsing and repeating and you'll continue to have that same exact success. And here is why I'm going to debunk this one. Okay, yes, if let's say, for example, you have, like, a really big launch or you hit a financial milestone, the feeling and the momentum and the success that comes after that, you actually can't recreate it because here's the thing not exactly anyhow, Again, we're contradictions. There are contradictions here, so you cannot actually recreate it, because you've hit that milestone and you'll never feel the exact same way you feel when you first hit that milestone, or you first have that X amount of launch, or the way you feel when you first sell out all your spots, because it is one of those moments that you accomplish something right. So in order to have some type of similar feeling and again I'm going to say similar, it will never be the exact same you would need to recreate a different milestone. The other thing is that can we 100% rinse and repeat everything that we did To a degree? Yes, the actions we absolutely can. The things that we cannot rinse and repeat is where was our mind at in that moment? How confident were we in the thing that we were selling? What was our energy level like when we brought that offer or we brought that program or course or whatever it is, to our audience? What was the content leading up to that to bring in your raving fans? Like a month, three months, six months, a year, what did that look like? Again, we cannot I'm doing air quotes here, you can't see but we cannot technically rinse and repeat every single thing that we did, because we actually don't remember everything.

Speaker 1:

I do love after a launch or after a sell, like I do love auditing myself. I did a sales audit in the sold out AF framework because I think it's important. What was my result? But how was I in all these moments, and sometimes it's almost like a journaling type of thing. Right, where was my head at? Did I get tired of selling, you know? So there's a lot of factors that go in. Also, we forget that our personal lives actually control a lot of what happens in our business life. Right, it's hard to ignore the personal things if we're going through a hard time, if things are happening around us.

Speaker 1:

It's not as easy as rinse and repeat. Yes, I will never stop being visible because I believe visibility is my number one rinse and repeat. But also I can show up on this podcast and just like read some notes and not be all in, or I can really feel what I'm telling you. It's going to land different depending on what kind of mood I'm in, what kind of energy level I'm in. If I'm just coming on here to talk about something but I'm not really feeling it, you're not going to probably feel it either. The same thing happens when you're visible and you're getting on video. Right, again, I have created videos where I've and I can tell that I'm in this like different energy, and I've created videos where I'm in a great energy and I normally can tell after I get off the video like my energy was off, like I can tell. Now I've just done it so long that I can tell, but back in 2020, I don't know that I necessarily would have caught that right. It's just learning and knowing yourself.

Speaker 1:

So there is not always a rinse and repeat, I think, because, number one, we are always to be successful. I think we always should be growing, we should always be learning, we should always be evolving and reinventing ourselves, meaning, if I'm still trying to sell and create from what I did in 2021, even though it was successful right For that 40K launch, it's just going to land differently. Today, the market changes, the way your audience perceives you changes, the saturation changes, the noise changes, like there's so many things, and this is why I'm a huge believer that there are things that we should be consistently working on when it comes to our business Our content strategy always refining. Our sales strategy always refining. Our launch strategy always refining, our offer strategy always refining. I think those things are so crucial and I will never stop, but I also never stop working on my energy, working on the things that are probably blocking me subconsciously, doing the inner work, my belief, my certainty, my knowing. Those things get to be consistently worked on as well, and I think it's really important to continue to do that.

Speaker 1:

So can we rinse and repeat? To a degree, Absolutely, but then I think we always get to be evolving as well. Because here's the thing rinsing and repeating at some point is going to become very moving through the motions, right Going through the motions, not really meaning it. And so when we are constantly evolving, when we are constantly putting more energy into it, when we are constantly working on our belief, our knowing, our certainty, our client results and all of those things, we're going to grow, it's going to land differently. And so is there some rinse and repeat Some. There's a lot of evolving, growing and also reinventing ourselves in the process of rinsing and repeating.
