Lloyd Dodgen
Lloyd is the founder of Headcount Zero, a Skool community built around teaching operators and builders how to use AI to do real work, not just write prompts. He's built multiple six-figure businesses, including a YouTube ad agency that managed over $50M in ad spend and an AI automation agency that helped clients turn multi-hour workflows into fifteen-minute ones. He's also built several pieces of AI software, both for clients and for his own companies, ranging from deal intelligence platforms to morning briefing tools. Today he teaches AI through live courses, YouTube, and consulting, with a focus on Claude, agentic systems, and the craft of building sovereign AI stacks that actually work.
