Today did not go as planned. I had all of these plans to get up to get going to go walking. And I woke up with a headache. It's a third day in a row that I woke up with a headache. And you know what I figured it out that it is. It's a tension headache, so I can feel it coming from my neck. And because of all the things going on world, I've been watching the news, I have noticed that the news is being delivered to my tic tock account. So I pause to watch it. And I'm normally really good about this. And I, I, I know what's going on in the world, but I don't like let it like completely take over my brain. And it has. And so that was the first thing and then I plan to go walking and I was later than normal. And I couldn't find my earbuds anywhere. And I found out my daughter had them. And I might have went a little crazy over that. Because I couldn't find them. And then the part was missing. And it was just like nothing went as planned. So I decided because it was so late at my can you go walking without your beds, I mean, maybe but I don't know how we do that these days. And I have headphones and my headphones. It's too hot to put those on my ears. It's just too hot. So it was like, Well, fine, I'll just do a workout in the basement. And I decided to lift and go to my lifting plan and lifted. And I had an absolute party in my basement and it shifted every thing around. It did not go as I planned, right? It nothing happened like I planned or I thought in my head it would look today got up late, couldn't find myself workout didn't happen had a headache leak. But here's the thing. When we shift, right? Sometimes we shift our mindset, we shift our perspective, we shift what we thought it was supposed to look like, and decide what it can look like this and be just as good. A lot of times in business, we think that, okay, I want to create this amount of revenue. And it's going to look like this. No, when we try to like, say this is the how I'm going to get there. We block ourselves from blessings from miracles from other revenue streams, we block ourselves from so many things. And when we focus on doing the work, right, doing the work doing the aligned actions, that's when magic happens. And it's beautiful. And that's what I love about personal development, growth. And being able to shift ourselves out of situations, being able to shift ourselves out of like, from one place to another, being able to shift our content, being able to shift our daily inspired actions to be able to shift our radical responsibility, right, being able to shift those things can do so much for you personally, right. And that means that spreads out to outside of your business. But it also does so much for your business. So I want you to think about a couple places in your business. And I want you to think where do you need to shift? Because that is one thing. That when we acknowledge right, when we can be like, Okay, this is my I'm being more self aware. And I know I can grow here. And I know that shifting is going to is going to help that growth. And the first thing that I think of is your consistent actions, right? Where are you struggling with consistent actions? Because when we are not consistent, we will not see the results that we want to see. Where are you not seeing like? Or where are you not consistent? Where are you also not seeing the results that you want to see maybe in your content and your messaging, people buy because of our content, plain and simple. So if they're not buying there, first of all could be it could be a need in our content to shift because we may not be creating raving fans. And then it could also be Secondly, our sales strategy sucks. We're not selling enough. We're not talking about the offer enough. And if again, if that is the case, then we need to create a shift. And one of the ways you can tell that really quickly is do a free activation event. See who shows up. If you're very few people show up we have to work on your raving fans. And I don't mean who shows up live I mean who signs up? A lot of people watch replays so I totally get that but it's a great temperature check to see do you have raving fans? Is this a content thing or a sales thing? Because you're giving something away for free? Not everybody does free things I get it. However, a lot of your raving fans will show up for those types of things. And the next thing is what are your goals look like? Are you just like playing small? Are they just like, goals? That's an opportunity to shift your goals, stretch your goals, stretch yourself, right? And then I want you to take a look at your visibility, how much are you showing up? It's another way to build raving Vance. If we're just putting text up all the time and photos, it doesn't really show our audience our personality, right? It does over time. But we can build so much faster, like know and trust through video, and our voice and our message and letting them hear do we really mean what we're saying? So I want you to take the time to really dive into where do you need to shift in your business? What are their marketing activities? Do you need to shift your email list? The offers that you're selling your pricing, staying stagnant and the same. Number one is playing small, it's boring, it's math, and it's not going to excite us and it's going to show in the way that we show up. Where are you shifting? Where can I support you to shift and the mid year shift is going on right now in my world. So you can always hop in there because it is going to really serve and support you to really quantum leap into the second half of 2024
