I wrestled with the name of this training or this video today, and I titled it, this video can change your life, and I originally had it, this video will change your life. And here's the truth of the matter, I cannot make that decision for you, whether something will change your life or not. You have to be the deciding factor in that decision. I can't do it for you, and nobody else can do it for you either. And so I think that is one of the most amazing things that I can start this video off with, is that if you decide this video is going to change your life, and going to be life changing, it will change your life. Every investment I have made that I said this is going to change my life. It has changed my life because I chose that it was going to change my life. And so you get to do the same thing as you're listening to what I say today and choosing to chuck it and move on and not listen to it, or you are willing to hear me out and hear what I have to say. So I see so many people in this world, not just people online, but people everywhere, complaining or disliking the way that something is. And have the best example of this, and I'm going to share it with you so my dogs act like I don't even know they're out of control when people come to our house and it's the most frustrating thing ever. I have invested way too much money in getting them trained. However, I can be as frustrated. I can dislike it as much as I want, but if I am not choosing to change the situation right, I am choosing to deal with it, I am choosing for it to be okay. And so I was doing some contemplating, and I was like, I really don't like how they act, I really don't like how they bark. I really don't like how they jump. I've paid a lot of money to fix all of this. However. You can pay as many trainers as you want to when it comes to your dogs, but if you're not working with them every day and you get lazy, they go back because it's easier for them to just be that way, right? And so it is a lot of work, and I made the decision, I'm going to start working with my dogs again. I was really good at it at the beginning of 20 beginning of 2024 and then life happened, and I slacked off. And I could sit here and complain about it, or I can do something about it. It is always a choice. If I haven't liked the way that my business has been going, or I didn't like the amount of money, the revenue that was put in my bank account, it's always a choice. I have a choice to make. I can choose differently if I don't like that no one's commenting on my content, right? I can choose to refine my content. I can choose to do it differently if I don't like my health situation, if my back's hurting, my next hurting. I can choose differently. However. I can also decide that I'm just going to stay this way. It's the way life is. It sucks. How many people have said like, as we age and as we get older, this is just the way life is, and they just accept it. And it can be that way 100% and it also can be different, 85% of people in the entire world are content or not willing to change with the way that their life is. 85% it's pretty sad, right? 85% 10% are willing to change. They want change. They want things to be different, and the 5% they're doing everything in their power to help. The 10% that really want to change, they are serving. They are giving like they have plenty of money. They would do it for free, right? But they really want those that 10% they want to support them in their change. And of course, they're always talking to the 85% but if 85% aren't willing, you can't force somebody to want change. But here's my belief, God did not create me to stay the same. He did not create me to sit on the couch and Netflix all day. He did not create me to be frustrated with things and not attempt to change them again. I can sit and complain about my dogs. I can complain all day long. It does not it does not make them stop barking. It does not make them stop jumping. I can complain. I can take them to the trainer and pay as much money as I want, but when they come back to my house, if I am not implementing the things that they have learned, it does. Nothing, because they will eventually revert back to the way that they were. As will we we start working out right New year, new body, new me, whatever we start working out. You stop working out, you lose it faster than you gained it right muscle, I mean. And again, we can be content with us just the way it is. It's the holiday season. I'm not working out. I'm going to wait till the, you know, the gyms get, like, less crowded, or whatever, or you can just start today, at the end of the year, before the first even while you're eating the horrible things, right? I believe that so many of us have really good intentions, and I believe there's a lot that has to do with intention. I think attention is great, but if we don't follow through. Like all the money I paid to have my dogs trained was good intention. But if I don't do anything with them every single day, or at least most days, the good intention just went out the window. I was listening to, I don't know if it was a training or a Bible study that Myron golden was doing today and or I think it was like four months ago, but I watched it today, and he said, a book you haven't read will not change your life. And I have more to add to this, because a book you haven't read and a training you haven't listened to will not change your life. And also the book you read and the training you listen to will not change your life if you decide not to take action. That's why I said this video. It will change your it could change your life. I believe it will change your life. But if you don't have that, also that same decision, and you're not deciding, this will change my life, it absolutely won't. The strange phenomenon about everything that I have invested in when I have said this will be life changing. This will change my business. This will change if I have truly believed that, guess what happens? There's a commitment, there is follow through, there is action. There's so much intention. You know, I said back in June of 2021, maybe 20 2022 I can't remember, but I listened to a podcast, and it changed my life. And I listened to the podcast, and then I listened to it. I sent it to everybody I knew. Then I listened to it again, and then I sent it to more people than I knew, and I listened to it again three times on the same walk. That was when I realized you can change your life in one split second decision. But that decision has to have so much intention backing it, it has to have so much passion and conviction, conviction backing it that you can't not do the actions that follow. So a one second split decision can change your life if there's things that follow, if there's that ripple effect, right? Because we can be really set on Wednesday, when it's January 1, and I am going to change my life, everything is going to be different, but I'm going to start on Monday the sixth, when you decide to change your life, you start immediately. If the intention is real, you start immediately, even if you can't afford right the thing. Go research, Google, take the action. Everybody can walk around their house if it's too cold outside to walk right. Whatever it is, you don't need to wait on anything, decide to take the action. Yeah, maybe you need accountability. Hire somebody to keep you accountable. Maybe you need the strategy. Hire somebody to help you with the strategy. Maybe you need somebody to help, you know, do the inner work and the emotional intelligence. Hire somebody to help you do that. You know, I'm teaching this week and last week in the sold out framework, and the one thing I tell my clients is people will buy exactly what they want is rarely ever the price. Because people buy exactly what they want, not what they need, what they want. So when you want something bad enough, there is not, I can't afford it. There is not, I don't have the time. Because when you really want change, and you make that split second decision that I'm changing my life, you find a way. You find the means. You don't just make the decision and then start complaining that there's no way it's possible. You make the decision and you find the way. You ask people to help you find the way. You find the way, just like my dogs and the whole barking and the whole driving me crazy and the whole jumping I was scrolling on Facebook, found an ad true. Train at home to help implement what I already know, accountability. Yes, it all works if we're willing to do the work. It all works if we're willing to make that split decision and take the action that backs it up, we can sit around and we'll come complain. We can sit around and hate the way that things are. But again, I'm pretty sure that's not what God created us for. He He created us to be creative. He created us to have solutions. He created us to do something about it. I'm not going to live my life complaining. I'm not going to live my life not happy with the way things are because I am the only person that can change me. I am the only person that can facilitate change in my life. I am the only person that can do what my mentors tell me to do or suggest that I do. I am in control of what happens in 2025 that's my health. That's my dog's barking or not barking. That is my bank account. I am in control of it. I am my problem. I am my solution. Always hands down, across the board. It's just, when am I going to decide to do something about it? When are you going to decide to do something about it? You can continue over and over and over to complain. You can continue over and over and over, not the like the way that things are. Or you can decide that I'm I'm responsible for me and I'm going to change them. Yeah.
