Is this year any different? Is it already different from last year? Is it different than last month? Like, I want you to really just like, tap in and say, what is exactly different from 2024 we are almost what is today, the 14 Okay, so we are almost halfway through. What do they call it? Chapter One of your 2025 book, right? We are 14 days in, so might as well say two weeks in, right? We'll be at the halfway mark tomorrow. And I want you to think about what is different, what is different, what what's different, and what have you done differently, and what have you changed? And did you start making changes in your business? Or did you start making changes in your life, and then all of a sudden it was like, Yeah, well, it's not working. So when are we going to quit? You know, national quitters day was actually on Friday, which is really insane to me, like we can't even make keep up with things for two solid weeks, like the 11th, I think was Friday's date, or maybe the 10th. But what I see is so many people gung ho to go for it, to make the changes, to do the things like my business isn't going to look anything like it did last year, and they've already fallen short. And there are many ways that we can not do the things that are going to create the needle movers in our business. Number one is being consistent, right? Are you being consistent in the things that you believe that will grow your business, or you know that will grow your business, that have created success in the past? Have you been doing those things consistently. The second thing is, is that if you don't know what you're supposed to be doing, find somebody who can support you that helps share with you the things you should be doing daily. Everything we do in business is just like everything we do in our health and everything we do in our finances, it is the compound effect, right? I am doing actions or steps daily that will get my the result that I desire. And then once we are consistent with said steps or whatever it is that we're trying to do, I'm going to specifically talk to business owners, because that's who I'm marketing to. But once we get those said steps and we're consistent with them, then it's time to start refining them. Like, how are we improving? How are we making it better? How am I peeling back the layers of an onion? Right? And getting more specific, this can work in many different ways, but we get to start by being consistent doing the things. That's why I created the visibility impact method, because there are things that I have done every single day of my business, and it's why I'm where I'm at. It's why I'm still in business. And then we refine I sent a message to my closest proximity clients. I was like, We are refining everything. Let's go. We are refining your content. We are refining your sales pages. We are refining your offers. Let's go send them to me. Let's get deeper. Let's get more specific. Let's stop being so broad and talking to everyone if that's what we're doing, because you and your offers and your services aren't for everybody in the world, no matter how much you think that. I remember back in 2018 when I did my first webinar and I called it a webinar. Back then, I won't call it a webinar today, but back then, I called it a webinar, and it was the secret to attracting your ideal client or customer. And the reason that I did that is because so many people didn't know who they were talking to. And I was working in my with my new mastermind, and that I'm paying for, that I'm a part of, and we were working on refining our messaging today. And it was like, you know, this is really interesting, because when I work with people, when I used to do their social media, and I used to do their ads, one of the most important things was you've got to convey to me who were who were marketing, like, I don't want to know just ages and sex, and do they show up at Target, like, we got to go so much. Deeper than that, like, where is there before state? Where's their after state? Who are they before they come into your world? Who are they after? What do they desire deep down inside? What do they want their future to look like? What are they saying to themselves? What keeps them up at night. What are the ripple effects of the solutions that you saw for them? But I will say this, it's easier just to throw up a post and not think about all those things. It's easier to go about our day and not have a framework and not have you know specific things that we want to do every day. It's easier just to do what we do, then purposely and intentionally having a to do list. And I don't mean a to do list that, oh my gosh. Let me go create a piece of content so I can check this off. No, I mean intentional content. Like, I'm intentional about everything that I do. I'm intentional about how I show up. I'm intentional when I get on video. I was talking to a client today in a one on one setting, and we were talking about quality over quantity. And you know, one of the things I said was, I'm not getting on video unless I'm feeling massive conviction, because it's just a waste of airspace, right? Because if I am not feeling this in my soul, you're probably not going to be attracted to what I'm saying. But when I'm feeling it deep in my soul, when I am feeling it in my heart, when I am so convicted about what I'm saying, you're going to feel it through the screen. I don't need to go viral, because virality can also happen up here and here, and in your soul. I don't allow the numbers to dictate whether or not I'm the numbers on social media, by the way, I don't allow those numbers to dictate whether or not I'm good at what I do. I don't allow the likes and the comments to decide for me if I should stay in business. I know it by the results that I get my clients. I know it by the results that I help facilitate with my clients. So what are the things that you said you were going to do every single day that have already fallen off, and what are the things that you said you would refine and work on that you haven't even started yet? If we want to create a different year from 2024 we get to show up in a different identity, and we get to show up with taking different action, because the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expected different results. Right? Meaning I have to step into a different identity as well. Do I remember someone used to ask me, Well, if you were where you wanted to be, would this bother you? Nope, if you were making the amount of money you you that's on your goal list, would this bother you? Nope. Okay, so step into that person already decide I am that person. You one of my favorite quotes, and I'm probably going to screw it up, but is set a goal so high that you can't reach it till you can become the person that can you don't become a new person. After you hit the goal, you become the person on the way to the goal, the challenges, the trials, the setbacks, the speed bumps, the wrong way, right? Like all of those things help us become the person we desire to be on the way to achieve that goal, and that is the most beautiful thing that I could ever share with anyone is that you never lose, because you become someone on the way, but stepping into that identity, stepping into the person who you need to be to achieve said goal, right to achieve said revenue, to achieve said growth that you desire, or whatever your goals were for 2025 like that's where it's at. But just becoming that person doesn't change if we don't also take the actions into play, and we're not doing the things right to get us where we want to go. Up every single day that consistency matters. I remember back when I was really growing my group to 3000 people, and 99% of the time, that when someone answers, when I would ask, there's a question on there that says, What do you struggle most with most when it comes to growing your business consistent? Being consistent with something was almost like 99% of the time was the response. I struggle with being consistent with. Well, if you struggle with being consistent, here's my response to that. Number one, how bad do you want it? Number two, there's accountability for that. If you struggle being that consistent, there are ways to support you with all of those things. One of the ways that I am supporting you with that is our 21 day challenge, slash program. It's an experience, because not only are we going to do and have accountability, but I'm also going to teach you in this program. There's going to be three trainings like on a zoom training, there's going to be audio motivation throughout the 21 days. And I am super excited, because I am going to teach you, and we're going to go in deep with the visibility impact method, which are the things that you do every single day to grow the business to where you want it to go. And I'm super excited about that. So if you want that information, there is a link below. I invite you to join us. If you are already on the path of this is not going the way that I thought it was going to go, or I'm already off track, tap in, tap in, because we're going to do this together. Things are always more fun together. And I love a good challenge, and I love a good experience. And again, we did this. We did a accountability challenge, the whole entire end of the year, basically the whole fourth quarter. And it was so amazing and so good and so motivating. And it was just one of those things that I think everybody really enjoyed in the fourth quarter, and it kept everyone like top of mind. This is what I said I wanted to do. This is what I'm doing. And so we're going to do that in this program, as well as learn, as well as get motivation, as well as have community, and I'm super excited about it. So check out that link. We start on a week from today. So Tuesday, the 21st I think, is the day, and if you have not done the things you wanted to do, if you've slacked in the things that you want to do, this is why you get to tap in right now. Do.
