(Transcribed by TurboScribe.ai. Go Unlimited to remove this message.) So many people want that momentum. They want consistent sales coming in and they wanted all this momentum, like people commenting on their content and people in their DMs and people driving traffic to their websites. However, we all want this type of momentum, right? We want repeatable sales. We want repeatable customers. We want all these things. You know what we don't want? This is what I see. We don't want to be consistent. We don't want to keep showing up because without the proof, what's the point? And so I see this over time and time and time again and this is the biggest mistake that I see so many people doing. Back years ago when I opened up my free group on Facebook, there was a question that said, what do you struggle most with when it comes to growing your business? 98.5% of the responses said I struggle with consistency in something. I'm not consistent enough here. And most likely you are not consistent enough in your marketing, in your content strategy, in your visibility strategy, in your repetition strategy, in your content strategy. Like, I don't care. There's something you're not consistent enough with. And if you are consistent enough with it, you've gotten lazy with it. You've gotten relaxed with it. And so therefore you're not taking risks. You're not getting vulnerable. You're not being authentic. And you know what happens? Wah, wah, wah. People get bored. People stop showing up because they're growing. You're not, and you're probably growing. You're just not refining the things that you're saying. And this is a huge disconnect. And it's a huge disservice to your audience and to you and to your bank account. So where are you seeing this in your own business that you wanna create this momentum, but you're not willing to start? Momentum doesn't start with money going in your bank account. Momentum starts with you. You taking consistent action, enough consistent action starts creating momentum. And then people start showing up. It's the same exact thing I said when I'm doing this live challenge. I said, the week one is gonna be slow. Week two is gonna start picking up. Week three is like, oh, I see you girl. Week four is like, I know you're in this for it. I know you're gonna do this. I know you're gonna keep showing up and we're gonna start showing you results. But most people won't last that long. And I'm also quantum leaping. If I wasn't doing this many lives, this would take 90 days to start seeing the results. And most people aren't in it for 90 days. And that's really sad because I believe you have a message. I believe you have a purpose. I believe that you could make so much impact if you are just willing to stick with it. If you are just willing to show up, if you're just willing to pour your heart out into your audience, if you're just willing to be authentic and real, if you're just willing to show them the results that you can support them with, if you're just willing to do it one more time. My program called Omni 365 used to be called Just One Thing. And because I believe if we just did one more thing a day, one more, if I just did one more post, if I commented one more time, if I went one more like eighth of a mile on my walk, if I just did one more pound in my workout, you imagine how much you're gonna quantum leap over a year if you just did one more of everything, of everything that is important to you and everything that you desire in this life, just one more. So you want momentum. I get it. But momentum starts with you. You wanna make an impact? Okay, get on video. Start telling your audience what you can do for them. Show them the value that you can give them, pour into them, serve them. You wanna speak on more stages? Okay, get on video. Create your own stage until it shows up. Can't work out? I'm gonna go everywhere here. Can't work out, but you wanna get healthier? Change your diet. There are so many opportunities that we are missing out on, that we just choose to not do. We think that the magic mana is gonna fall from the sky, that momentum is just gonna magically happen without us doing anything, and that's not true. You want massive momentum? Get uncomfortable. Take risks. Put yourself out there. Be so freaking vulnerable with your audience that they feel it through the screen, what you mean and what you desire for them. Show up with conviction and passion so that your audience is like, like, I feel this. Like, I feel this through the screen. There is a powerful thing called parasocial relationships, but it's not gonna be a parasocial relationship. No one's gonna build a one-sided relationship with you if you're not showing up, you're not being real, you're being fake. If you're reading what AI told you to say and you don't really mean any of it, you want momentum, starts with consistency. You want momentum, it starts with you showing up first, you going first. I tell this to my clients all the time, I go first. I don't expect you to do anything if I'm not willing to go there first, and I'm willing to go there first. I'm not telling you to do something that I'm not willing to do. So consistent actions create consistent results, which creates momentum. You start the momentum yourself, and so many of us just want the momentum. Without doing anything, and that is not the way it works, friends, not the way it works. Impossible for that to happen. Anything in life where you wanna create momentum, business, health, finances, whatever, you go first. I love Myron Golden says, disruption always follows intention. So you set this big goal, you go after it, disruption happens. Let's think about working out. You go to the gym, you work out, oh my God, you're sore. That's your disruption. It hurts to go back. How bad do you want it? Go back. Other things that happen that I see for entrepreneurs, they get in their head. They tell themselves nobody cares. They struggle with consistency because they don't see the results right away. They don't see the instant gratification. They also don't know what to say. They run out of things to say. Instead of creating a massive repetition strategy, you wanna be known for one thing, you gotta talk about it over and over and over. And when you start getting tired of hearing yourself talk about it, guess what? Starting to get good. Your audience is starting to get the hang of it, but then you're attracting new people. And what happens? You're gonna talk about it more because those new people don't know what you're about and what you're here for and how you can help serve and support them. This is the same thing I see with selling. Well, nobody's buying. Okay, well, how many times do you talk about the offer? Three times. Okay, well, there's a lot of noise on social media. Three people probably haven't even seen it. Keep showing up. You want momentum in yourselves. Keep talking about your offers. You want momentum in your growth. Keep showing up. Momentum starts with consistency, but most of us don't wanna do that because it's hard. We don't get immediate results. It's uncomfortable when you don't get immediate results in anything, but this is a how bad do you want it situation and how much are you willing to continue to show up? Number one, for you. Number two, for your audience. Number three, for your bank account, if you wanna say it that way. You have a decision. Every single day. And this is the thing that I love about entrepreneurship. If you can lead yourself, right? I go first mentality. If I have to lead myself every single day and sometimes I have to recommit every single day, multiple times a day. Because if you've ever seen that chart that goes like, this is an entrepreneur's life, like this is a day in entrepreneur, right? So we go up, we get a really high, we get really low, we get a really high and then it just kind of mellows out and then it's up and down and up and down. That's all emotional intelligence. That's why we say your business will never grow past, your business will never grow past you. Work on it, improve it. Find a way, find a way to create personal growth, to improve your personal growth and your business will grow. But it's never gonna grow past you. So how bad do you want it? How much consistency are you willing to do? And let me tell you, quitting, I think a lot easier than keep going. Quitting is a lot easier, but I've been at this for 10 years. I'm not quitting. Have I wanted to quit? A hundred times I wanted to quit. But when you keep showing up, when you create that momentum, that's when the magic happens, friends. But you gotta go first and you gotta go first sometimes 100, 200, 500 times. My ending question is, how bad do you want it? How bad do you want it? You only know the answer to that. For me, I'm not gonna stop. It's gonna get hard. It's gonna hurt. It's gonna be painful. It's gonna be uncomfortable. But I'm not quitting.
