And that is one of the most magical things about focusing on a strategic offer suite. And one of the many things that I wanna talk about today, because I think it's so important for us to strategically, we're strategic with our marketing, we're strategic with our content, we're strategic with our email, we're strategic with our website, we're so strategic with so many things, why aren't we doing the same with our offer suites? Because when we do, we create long-term clients who keep coming back. So why did this matter? Well, number one, sales aren't about one-time transactions. I also believe that they're about creating transformation, multiple transformation, multiple results that create and multiple ripple effects for your clients, right? So they're really about creating a journey that keeps your clients in your world because they're getting results and they're going to follow through and they're going to go to the next thing that is going to get them results because it just makes sense, okay? If your offers aren't leading into the next step, you're leaving money, impact, transformations, results on the table, you're leaving them there. And so when we can break things down and teach people and show people and share with people, right? The step of the journey, the step of the results is going to make a big difference in their life. A strong offer suite also keeps your clients engaged, it keeps them growing, it keeps them referring others to you. They are that important to your offer suite. Even if you have one signature offer, there is a path to get people to that offer. And that is considered part of your offer suite, right? So why do clients stay and why do they keep buying? Number one, the offer suite feeds their growth. I'm assuming in this conversation that you are always growing and you are always stretching and you are always being a student of your knowledge, right? And your expertise. So when each offer solves the problem, they naturally move forward. Number two, people take the time to buy, but when they do, they go all in. So for example, two years ago, I had a client who came in on a $7 offer, immediately went to $111 offer, immediately went to a $277 a month offer, right? And then upgraded into my highest program. She went through an eight week mastermind, then upgraded my highest program. She went all the way through in a six month period. That all started with a $7 offer. There is a place and a path for every offer strategically in your offer suite, right? Your offers meet their needs at different levels. For example, we had the $7 offer, right? That met the need at the beginning, which built like knowing trust, which made it so much easier to upgrade to the next thing because there was so much value. A $7 offer doesn't get $7 results. A $7 offer gets 10, 100 times that results, right? When people implement. The other thing is, is that your energy and the results that you help them get make them stay, right? They wanna stay where they feel seen, where they feel expanded, where they feel supported, where they feel that they're gonna be called out and called up to grow. This is huge for any offer suite, right? The other thing that can happen is someone can be on your list for two years, and then all of a sudden move through your offer suite in three months, again, because it makes sense to them. They buy again and again and again because they see the value. Oh my gosh, that changed my life. I need the next thing. Oh my gosh, that changed my life. I need the next thing. So when your offer suite is built right, clients upgrade, they renew and they refer. This is huge, right? We want to attract people that are going to really be able to expand themselves, to create results, to create transformation in their life. So your offer suite should be a path, not random offers. Random offers do not serve and support you in the long run. They serve and support you today, but most of us should be looking at the big picture, right? You wanna build offers that call in the right people and keep them growing, keep them stretching. And if people aren't staying around, ask yourself, number one, am I talking to the right person, right? Am I identifying the person that I created this offer suite for? Did I create this for a one-time offer or is there a next path or a next step? Most of us in this industry have a next step of one-on-one, but is there something else if they're not ready for that, right? Even the freebies in your offer suite should not just be freebies to get an email on your list. They should have a more strategic path and always be leading to the next thing. Otherwise, it's a waste of their time and yours. Where are the holes in your offer suite? Where are you not maximizing the person, the transformation, the results? You can look at your offer suite and see what's the gap. Where are they stuck? Where are they getting halted in the offer suite? Maybe they come in here, but they're never going past there. I used to have, years ago, an amazing, amazing freebie. It didn't fit in my offer suite. I could get tons of people into the freebie, but I couldn't get them out. And the reason why is there was not a specific strategy. The freebie was created to build my list, not to build my client list. And when we know strategically, okay, this makes sense, right? This is the path that makes the most logical sense for my person to go through. They're going to stay in your world longer. They're going to upgrade more. They're going to get more results. They're going to have more transformations. And the ripple effects that go with that are going to blow them away. And they're going to talk about you to everyone. And that is what we want. Our offer suites set up correctly, can help our person also sell other people on us. Become that true raving fan that they always want the next thing. And so do the people around them. Where are you blocking your person in your offer suite? Where are you stopping them in your offer suite? Where does it not feel like the next congruent thing to go to because your offer suite is sporadic. It's just things thrown up. It's here to make a buck. And it doesn't make logical sense for them to go to the next thing. If you want to keep people in your world for longer, the offer suite matters. The results matter. The transformation matters. The support matters. How they feel served and supported matters. And when you have a tight offer suite, when you have a strategic offer suite that they don't want to leave your world, that's when the game changes.
