There is something magical about client retention. There is something magical about client acquisition. And the one thing I can tell you in my world is that people don't leave. And I have said this before, and yes, people do leave, first of all. um But what I see happening is that people stay a long time in my world. On average, three years. I have some people that have been with me five and six years. because they worked with me before I even had the programming that I do today. They work with me in one-off courses. They work with me and I did their social media. Like there are many different facets of ways that I've worked with people. And so this is just a great reminder that how you show up and how you provide people with results is going to keep people staying, right? It's gonna keep them in your world even longer. So. When we have visibility, when we have proven results, this can be a real, the real key to long term business growth, right? Because if people see that people don't leave or when people leave, people do leave my programs. But when they do leave, they come back a lot of the time, like 80 % of people that leave do come back. And this is huge because this is exactly what we're focusing in on Omni and and why Omni is changing to create that visibility strategy that works harder than you do. But the changes in Omni are to create a specific result, right? We have the one-off programming that creates a lot of different types of results, but the foundations are gonna create a specific type of result, which is going to be easier to market Omni going forward. It's a proven system. I've already done it. Over and over and over. I have clients who have done it. Over and over and over, right? And so when we create something like this, we create what we call a lifetime value of a client, meaning someone doesn't come into your world and buy one thing and then they're gone, right? They come back for more. Even if my clients aren't on memberships, I have people that, you know, pick and choose and buy maybe six programs throughout the year, right? And then I have people who are in memberships and then they pay to come to my in-person workshops, right? Or they upgrade to Get into a mini mine. So there are so many opportunities but those are my clients that are already working with me and it's an easy yes for them because they already know the experience is like Working with me and whatever capacity that is so retention is just as powerful as acquisition meaning a new sale and When we can retain clients, we're gonna create higher profitability. We're gonna create easier upsells Matter of fact, it's 68 % easier to upsell a current client than it is to acquire a new one. And built in referrals because those people are getting results, they're satisfied, they keep buying. Of course, if they keep buying, they are enjoying what they're doing, right? Or get what they're receiving. And so they're going to talk about it. They're going to tell their people about it. And then visibility and consistency really build trust that keeps people in your world. Yes, even you showing up outside of containers and people constantly seeing you, they are paying attention to you. even if they're already in your world. The second thing is proven results. Delivering results is your number one marketing tool. The more results you have, the better. The more clear cut the transformations that you can provide, the better. You can market that. That is a great marketing tool. So again, one of the shifts with Omni is I want these systems built. I want them to become more visible. I want them to live more of their life and I want them to obviously increase their revenue, right? I want their business to grow. And so having those clear cut transformations, because we're taking stock of everything on day one, and they'll see where they end up in six months, again, doing the work, the results are gonna come, right? And so results should be baked into the design of the program, the delivery of the program, and the accountability of the program. And speaking of accountability, one of the things that we have been really successful in doing the past two years is gamification with accountability, meaning that we reward for implementation. We reward when people execute, when they not just learn, but they actually do the things too. And these can be simple systems. lot of, uh you know, outside of Facebook groups, I know do this, but Facebook groups do this as well. I don't keep track of anything. It does it for me. but this can be leaderboards, this could be points, this could be challenges, and accountability boost retention because people feel supported. They feel more motivated, right? Some people are very competitive and they just, know, whether it's they wanna win or they wanna, you know, do better than they did the month before, like they're very competitive. And when you give them that atmosphere, they're able to thrive in that. And then this is exactly. kind of what we're doing in Omni, because we have these action steps, we have these feedback forms, we have these check-ins, you get individual feedback on each of your things that you go through in this program. again, this is gonna keep people aligned, right? Accountable, but also help me get more in their business and support them on a deeper level. Not in a one-on-one coaching, but it is one-on-one feedback. And then the next thing is referral programs. They're simple, they're rewarding. I have some clients who they're just not interested, right? And I have some clients who are like, give me all the referral that you can. And so they get a percentage of the sales and it is a way to get outside of your audience. But also people, even if people don't buy, they see other people promoting your stuff. This is huge because it's not just you promoting it. It's other people that are most likely also inside of that program. And so those are happy clients. They share. It expands your reach organically. Again, bringing more people in. And then repeat business can also be created by having Ascension Models, like moving clients to next level offers. We talk about this in the Sweet Success program. And then also building loyalty through community. I have joined programs that I joined because of the mentor, but I stayed because of the community, right? So that community, that consistent transformation, always leveling up your own skills so that your clients can see that they can uplevel theirs and they can be uplifted and called up to do all the things that they wanna do. Clients, uh I see clients cycle through, again, my monthly programs that are just one-offs, I see them join Omni and even if they leave after their commitment, I see them come back. over and over and over over and over. And again, that says something huge. retention, referrals, repeat clients are not luck. It's not luck, it's strategy. It is 100 % strategy. Visibility creates awareness, but retention creates wealth. Because the more that you people you can retain, right, you're constantly building. on that whatever that type of recurring revenue is. And so I wanna challenge you to look at your customer experience, look at ways that you can retain more people in your world. Understand your person, talk to your person, find out what makes them tick, find out what they love, find out what they don't love. It doesn't mean you're gonna change everything because of one person, but really understanding and getting that feedback and see why some people thrive and why some people don't and how can you incorporate that knowledge into the programming that you currently have or sell so that you can help more people get results and that way you, my friend, will retain. more clients over and over and over.
