The most visible person doesn't always win. The most strategic one does. You opened this episode because you feel some type of invisibility. And if you are a female CEO crushing it behind the scenes, but you still feel like you're the best freaking kept secret online, we are going to close that gap today. And so I believe what I'm gonna present to you in this episode is going to be life-changing for you and also help you become more known, found, and unforgettable, which is what I do with all of my clients. As an invisible CEO, you are not invisible because you lack talent, because you lack work ethic, because you lack results. Do you have all of those things? You're just invisible because no one taught you that visibility is a strategy. It's not a personality trait And when we think of strategic visibility, we have to be diversified. We are just not a content creator on one platform. We are a diversified. visible marketer ecosystem, whatever you wanna call it, right? We're not just in one place. We're not gonna throw all our eggs in one basket because we're way smarter than that. But being great at what you do is not enough in 2026. When it comes to marketing, visibility, the marketplace and AI can only choose someone they see. You know, we talk about this a lot in brand awareness. If nobody knows who you are, they're not aware of you, how can they buy from you? And the same thing is true in this instance. If you aren't, I'll use Myron Golden's words, findable, how can people know what you can do? How can they know how you can help them and serve them? And a lot of times I see women staying invisible because they don't want to brag. They don't wanna put themselves out there. They don't wanna be too loud. And it's staying invisible is not humility. It's truly causing you to have a revenue leak. And I do not want that for you. Just like I wouldn't coach you and tell you, you have. So many ways you could work smarter, not harder, and you're leaving all this money on the table. I wouldn't allow you to leave money on the table. I'm not gonna allow you to leave visibility on the table either. Because visibility is going to help you create that additional revenue or reach those additional goals that you have for you and your business. Because you don't realize what all you're missing when you don't have the visibility diversified in a way that literally works harder than you do. seriously, your visibility can work harder than you. It can be there all the time. It can be findable. It can be searchable. It can be known. It can be recommendable. there's so many things that you're missing out on. And I see this happening because women are so conditioned to think, well, the work is good, right? Even though nobody knows that it's good, except the people that you've worked with. And maybe they're not shout out from the rooftops kind of people. And so therefore it's quiet and it's invisible. maybe it's imposter syndrome is keeping you quiet. Imposter syndrome hits all of us in some way, shape, or form, The other thing that I struggled with, and I know a lot of women struggle with this too, is perfectionism. Keeps us invisible. I wanted all my videos to be perfect. I wanted everything that I said to be perfect. And you know what? When it was perfect, it was boring. When it was perfect, it had zero feeling. When it was perfect, it lacked so much conviction. It lacks so much connection. So yeah, maybe the clarity's there, but if there's no feeling in the clarity doesn't really matter because it's not going to get anybody to move. So waiting until it's good enough, polished enough, perfect enough, ready enough, keeping you invisible. And here's the thing, if you are like, I'm the most visible person I know, but you're holding back because you're trying to be perfect, or you're holding back and not being the real version of you, you're technically invisible. The other thing I see is people feel self-promotion feels wrong. That vanity, right? That bragging. So you opt out entirely. And some people just confuse being busy with being visible. Listen, I am the first person who can get in the back end of my my funnels and my financials and I can hide with the best of But you know what? That's not getting me in front of people. That's not moving the needle forward. I'm not saying you need to live on social media. I don't want you living on social media. Remember, I want you to create a visibility strategy that works harder than you do. We gotta build that first. And then we can go live the most amazing life because our visibility is always working harder than we are. So let's talk about what is this actually costing you. Number one, referrals that you never get because people don't understand what you do. And what I mean by this is I have friends who do not own businesses who will never be my ideal person. And they know people because everybody knows people. And they know well enough what I do because I have been preaching and talking about it since 2019. The clarity is there, the congruency is there, the consistency is there that they tell people. Right. And so you can't get referrals if people don't know what you do. It's gonna be really hard because you're gonna be giving leads to someone else who is less qualified, but they're more visible. And let me rephrase that, they're more strategically visible. There are speaking opportunities that people are looking for every single day. There are press opportunities, there are collaborations. And again, I am a huge believer that visibility breeds visibility. And so therefore, if we're not visible, it's really hard to get those opportunities to be even more visible. And it's also really hard for humans and AI for that matter, which we would call a machine, to recommend you if they can't find you or they don't trust you. Speaking of trust, I ran across this research that I'm gonna do a whole episode on soon but it's called the trust formula. And this research was done by Google, and they found that. For someone to trust you, they need to find you first. And then they need seven hours of your content. They need to consume seven hours of your content. Now, most people aren't gonna sit down and consume seven hours in one sitting, but they could, and I've had it happen. They need 11 distinct touch points, and they need to see you in four separate places. This is not my opinion, although I didn't know this research existed. I knew my own research existed, which backs all of this up and was why I teach diversified visibility. However, Google did this because it's how humans build trust before they buy. The funny thing is, is that a lot of this information is also how AI builds trust with you. Funny how that works, right? But we are gonna go deep into this soon because it's really important. For you to be able to do this. But when I heard all of this, I immediately thought about every invisible CEO that I know. Because this is exactly why staying hidden is costing you clients, customers, more sales, more opportunities. If someone doesn't know who you are, again, they can't recommend you, they can't buy from you. And so I really want to challenge you to think about your visibility. Is it consistent? Is it clear? Is it congruent across platforms? Does it create connection? And do you have enough visibility out there? More specifically, your face on camera, where you are so convicted and on fire for what you do and your person. Listen, you don't have to go from invisible to everywhere overnight. That's not, and I don't even want you to be everywhere. I want you to be diversified, but you don't have to be everywhere. We do something called the visibility trinity where we it is a work smarter, not harder. Focus.
You just have to take one step from invisible to findable and really look at:am I only a TikTok superstar or a YouTube superstar or a Facebook person? Like, where am I missing the mark? To be more than just a platform person, which we don't want to put our eggs in one basket anyhow, because what happens if that platform goes down? People go to Facebook every kind of jail, TikTok jail. Like I have, I know somebody who had three million followers on TikTok and they got, they got hacked and they've never gotten their TikTok account back. I don't want that for you. You just have to take one step and decide you're no longer gonna be invisible and you're gonna start being findable. And that you're gonna back it up with diversified visibility cross-platforms and also cross mediums, because we don't want just short-term marketing strategies. We also want long-term marketing strategies. We are doing a challenge next week that is called Stop Being the Best Kept Secret. It is free. It is three days. And I'm going to challenge you, no pun intended, to join us in this. I want you in there to learn more about this, go deeper on this because your person, we don't want to do them a disservice anymore by not being able to find you. We want them to be able to find you. we want AI to recommend you. We want you to be unforgettable online. known, found, and unforgettable. That's what I want the women in my world to be. So, second thing, I want you to subscribe to this podcast if you haven't already, And you can always find things that we're doing over at the visibleceo.com. But I challenge you really look at your visibility.
Are there places where you can improve on those five C's:the connection, the congruency, the clarity, the conviction, and the consistency? And if there are, start putting them into motion. That is the only way that you're gonna go from being the invisible CEO to the visible CEO. And I'm speaking as someone who was very invisible at one time in her life, who hated being the center of attention, who never, ever, ever wanted to get on a stage and refused to get on video for way too long. When you diversify, when you own that visibility is more than just showing up on camera and throwing up some content here and there, there really is a strategy behind it, that you're running this real business that's going to do really big things and impact for the people in your world, the game changes. And that's what I want for you. Go from invisible CEO to being the. Visible CEO.
